Respect and courtesy are expected at all times. Any form of abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the booking without refund.
Consent and boundaries are paramount. Any attempt to push boundaries or violate agreed terms will result in the termination of the service.
I am located very close to Westfield Mall, so please use this location to plan your travel and avoid lateness. I usually prepare myself 10 minutes before your arrival, so arriving at my location exactly on time would be greatly appreciated. This ensures I can deliver my service as per the time agreed.
If you arrive late and notify me, I may still be able to complete the session as per the agreed duration if I am not busy. However, please bear in mind that I am often busy, and there is no guarantee that I can provide the full agreed time if you arrive late. In any case, the full session amount will still be charged with no deductions.
Please note that your session time starts as per the agreed appointment time by text, not the time you arrive. Kindly plan your journey wisely to make the most of your booking.
Book only if you are certain about your availability and commitment to the booking. This ensures a respectful use of time for both parties.
Future bookings with clients who fail to show up or cancel frequently will require a mandatory deposit to secure the booking, with no exceptions.

Providing these details ensures a smooth and efficient booking process.
All payments are to be made in cash or via an agreed-upon payment method at the beginning of the session.
New clients are required to pay a non-refundable advance deposit of $50 to confirm their booking. This policy ensures commitment and discourages unreliable bookings.
For future bookings, clients with a history of unreliability may also be required to pay a $50 deposit. This measure is taken to respect my time and minimize the loss of potential serious clients.
Over the years, I've been let down by a few clients—yes, even some I've known for years—who broke my trust and left me feeling sad and frustrated. These experiences have taught me to be cautious, as trust can sometimes be betrayed.
However, I do accept bank transfers and I am with Kiwibank, but nothing happens until the funds have cleared in my account. If you choose to pay online, please make sure the payment is done before arriving at my apartment. Once it’s confirmed, I’ll text you to arrange the appointment.
If you show up and then want to transfer the payment, I’m sorry, but I’ll have to cancel the appointment immediately. Let’s not waste either of our time—respecting these simple steps keeps things smooth and stress-free for both of us.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 30 mins in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation. This is to compensate for the lost time and potential bookings.
